What is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong (pronounced chi-gong) is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice designed to boost your energy, calm your mind, and get your body feeling great. Think of it as a blend of gentle movement, mindful breathing, and inner calm—all working together to help you feel more centred, balanced, and resilient.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong is your go-to practice for de-stressing, recharging, and reconnecting with yourself.

 

What Happens in a Class?

Qi Gong is simple, relaxing, and feels oh-so-good. Here’s what you can expect:

  • We begin with breathing exercises – Breath is the bridge between your body and mind, and it sets the tone for everything else.
  • We gently warm up and stretch – Say goodbye to tight shoulders and hello to smooth, flowing movement.
  • Then we flow – Easy-to-follow sequences help you shake off stress and tap into a calm, vibrant energy.
  • We finish with a blissful 15-minute savasana & meditation – Time to reset, clear your mind, and leave feeling like your best self.
